Apologies,Not posted in a long while, spring is a busy time on the farm and I haven't had much time. However I don't think there was too much that Aunt Loosa would have added during the firefights. If it's not too late here's an Occult roll that was requested whilst the freed prisoners were screaming and banging their heads Occult 90: [dice]0[/dice]
As plans are discussed, a deep rumbling snore emanates from the armchair in which Aunt Loosa is sat. Her cup of tea perched precariously on her knee, her head lolling to one side.

ooc, sorry I have also been absent, my Kickstarter is keeping me really busy. But I've also been waiting on you guys. I've heard you want to leave via the train. Your cars are all in front of the church. So are you planning to walk to the train? I just need your plan.

OOC,We'd better walk to the train station. Going anywhere near the church might get us spotted.

The Colonel listened to your plan, "well, if you follow the road its about three-quarters of a mile, if you cut through the cemetary and Pond Ridge park, you can cut that down to less than half a mile, and might keep you out of sight better. But I've heard of some strange goings on in the park, pretty heavy woods there."

All of you are feeling better after the tea and cookies, Eddie is back to full strength. Richard is almost back to his old self (needs 2 more hours to be at full strength).

OOC: has everyone done all their first aid they plan to do before you head out?

It is closing in on the evening, you've rested longer than you thought. The weather is balmy but not raining.

Alyssa peeked through a window. "Weather is fine; I reckon it's going to be a balmy night." She put on her coat, filling its pocket with the remaining biscuits.

"Well, let's go," says Eddie, gathering his things. "We want to get out of town before it gets dark."

You step out into the evening air. You can taste the salt water from the ocean in the air. As the 3 rescue victims stumble out into the street behind you, the door quickly shuts behind you. There are people out and about, some don't seem to notice you while others look at you with whispers and quick glances.
You see at least one young man turn and run as you fall into the street. As you begin to walk down the street, more and more of the people are moving quickly into homes or other buildings and soon you are alone on the street.

In the distance you hear the sound of a police car. The Rail station is North and West of here.

The cemetery is on the North side of the road, you are on the far east end of it. An unnatural fog has settled in the graveyard making the smaller stones difficult to see.
The road continues west in front of you, the fog does not spread to the road, but it is now empty of other people.

"We'd better cut through the graveyard," says Eddie. "We don't want to be out on the streets when that police car comes by."

"The uh, graveyard?" Norman gulps. "Well if you think it's best. Um, let's go."

"I don't like this at all; hold on for a second," said Alyssa.
OOC:   This is turning out to be a buggers muddle! We are going to get ambushed. I'd like to rewind the game a bit. I think that only a few of us need get weapons: Eddie, Norman, Alyssa, and whoever else posts. The others and the prisoners should stay with the Colonel, those who are willing go by motor to the train station and on to Boston. What do you all think?

OOC:   Aunt Loosa will travel to Boston if she thinks she will be of value there but if not will stay at the lodgings.

OOC:   Right now you are in the street. You can return to the Colonel's home if you like, you aren't that far from it. Or you can continue down the street, you do hear a police siren and it sounds like it is heading your way. You can cut through the Graveyard, it is foggy, with woods on the far side of the graveyard. You can also go North along the beach and cut West to get to the rail station, but that will be longer. One other option, is to travel via the tunnels. But you aren't sure where they come out except the church, Graveyard, and small island.

I didn't think I rushed anyone so if you want to backtrack, we will do it as part of the game. You are not so far along that you cannot get back to the Colonel's house, nothing is between you and it, for now. But you guys need to let me know what you want to do.

OOC:   I kinda lost where we were timewise - I'd forgotten that we went to the church in the morning and assumed that our subterranean adventures occurred during the night, rather than through the day - So Aunt Loosa probably isn't as tired as I thought.

Aunt Loosa

We ought to hurry up and make a decision - I'm sure that police siren is for us, or at least those of us involved in last night's events and murder. We know that there are very few people we can trust here that are not involved with the cult somehow. If we are going back to Boston we need to hurry. Let's cut through graveyard and head to the railway yard as quickly as possible. she looks for confirmation from the rest of them
