Aunt Loosa gives the maid a long, appraising look and then turns to the others Gentlemen perhaps you could leave Miss Angela with me and her maid, I think that this requires a woman's touch she smiles warmly at them I know you mean well but we woman folk can be fragile creatures at time and feel better when in our own company

"Of course," says Eddie. "Come on, fellows, let's give them some privacy." He ushers the other men out of the room and follows them, leaving things to Aunt Loosa, Alyssa, and the maid.

Norman regrets starting all of this and causing Alyssa to have a breakdown. After all, what could she really offer them? He follows Officer Edward out of the room, his head hung low.

Richard walks to the front of the house and looks out the window to see what is going on, if anything out on the street.

The maid thanks Aunt Loosa, then approaches Angela, "Oh sweet dear, what ghost stories have they told you." She takes her by the hands and leads her to Angela's bedroom. "Let me get you some nice hot tea to settle you."

You can hear Angela mumbling under her breath about monsters in the sea. And the cook continues to calm her and reassure her that everything is okay.

After leaving her in her bedroom, she goes into the kitchen and a few minutes later returns with a cup of tea, gives it to Angela then leaves her shutting her door.

"Go get everyone, and I will answer what questions you have," the cook answers.

Richard,make a spot hidden check for me.

Eddie gathers the others and returns to the maid.

"Ok, she should be out by now," she says. "What do you want to know?"

I think your words were "I'll tell you everything I know", so lets start with that shall we? Aunt Loosa smiles but there is a hardness to her lips.

Charles takes a seat and puts his hands together in his knee, looking over to the maid listening for what she will have to say.

Richard,You think you saw someone sitting in a car down the street.

"Very well, I overheard enough to know you are aware there is a cult in the city. Who they worship, I don't know. But I know they control a couple monsters. I have seen them swimming in the bay. They usually go out during bad weather to cover their attacks. I have seen people in robes moving around late at night entering the Congregational Church." She says.
"I am certain the art dealer is in on it, I think those poor souls they have painting on the wharf are being used as sacrifices." She finishes, looking around. "It's not safe here. Like I said, you are either in on it, ignorant of it, or dead."

She falls silent and sips her tea. "That's it in a nutshell."

"How aware are they of us?" asks Eddie. "Have we done anything that would attract their attention? Aunt Loosa and I did see one of their monsters on the way back from Thatcher Island, and it looked back it her. Maybe it's able to communicate with them somehow."

Richard,not without going about a mile. It is parked in a street away from the house.

"Most certainly. They seem to have spies everywhere." she replies.

Richard walks back to where the others are.

She catches Richard up on anything you missed, 'Did you see something outside? You were standing there a long while?"

"Sorry" replies Richard "Were you expecting me to see something?"

"The Reverend told us that the cult has spies everywhere," Norman points out, worried. "If they've already identified us as a threat, we could all be in grave danger."

"No, you just look like you saw something." She answered. "I'm sure they identified you, but they usually won't attack you directly. They like to pick off those alone, and when nothing can draw back to them. Very sneaky that bunch." She sipped her tea. "I think you are safe here."
