Patrick doesn't see anything. His combat training has kicked in. He assessed from the sounds of the gunfire that it was coming from above, so quickly he sought out cover to get him out of harm's way. His eyes went to the table and he started sprinting for it. He would put himself underneath, where he'd be considerably safer than standing out in the open like he was.

OOC,If the bullet is coming your way, hopefully you can make a Dodge roll. Can I return fire? How far away is the shooter?

Alyssa: yes, you can shoot. About 10 m.

With almost cat-like reflexes, Patrick managed to dodge the shot on his way toward the table.

"He's up there!" hisses Alyssa, scrambling behind cover and pointing her shotgun at the gunman above. She fires, narrowly missing.

The shooter fires again, and he hit one of your companions.

With his back on the ground, Patrick peaked out from underneath the table, drew aim at where Alyssa pointed, and shot at the shooter, striking him center mass.

Alyssa fires again, blasting the man in the head and blowing it to pieces!

The men is hit and falls. The commander takes 3 men and goes to the door; he sends you with the remaining men to go upstairs...

Alyssa reloads her shotgun as she heads up the stairs with the others.

There is a central corridor with 4 rooms in each side. Let's just call them: (the first two) left south (1) and right south (2) and then left north (3) and rigth north (4).

Alyssa points to the left. "The window from which I saw someone when we were outside is that way," she whispers. "That means someone could still be in one of those rooms, unless it was the guy we just shot. I think we should check that direction first."

The comander nods and screams an order. Two men run to the door, kick it and start shooting. The comander goes to the right and send you with Patrick to right south (2).

Alyssa stands back and to the side, aiming her shotgun at the door they've been sent to and nods to Patrick to indicate that he should kick it open. While she may be strong enough to open it, he's stronger still.

Without waiting, he kicks the door... and you see an old lady sit in a chair. Well actually she seems more like a mix of a fish with a person, but you are not so shocked now. She is calm, reading a book.

"Ma'am, remain perfectly still," says Alyssa, not letting her guard down in case the old fish-woman isn't as harmless as she looks. "Make no sudden movements. Where are the others?"

-I don't know, I'm just a powerless old lady- says the women in a mock tone. Patrick seems unsure of what to do.
