"Teddy Roosevelt's brass balls!", Michael exclaims when he reads the new discovery, "that is the strangest thing I have ever heard of...buried in his own basement? I better go tell Charles..."
With that, Michael takes some relevant notes and heads out to meet up with his partner at City Hall.

You are only a few minutes behind him, as you get into the Hall of Records at city hall.
OOC, you have time to do 1 more search before 1.

The only thing you can find in the records about the house is a note in Walter Corbitt's will. The court records show that the executor of Walter Corbitt's will was Reverend Michael Thomas, pastor of the Chapel of Contemplation & Church of Our Lord Granter of Secrets. And that Corbitt be buried in the basement and that the ownership of the house be passed to the Chapel.

Michael searches around for a bit, but can find not resolution to any of the court cases, just the initial complaints you already know about.
.
About the time he gives up and you find the last bit about the will, you look up at the clock and its 5 minutes to 1.
