Re: Chit-Chat
They subtitle English shows in the US? Wow, that's...uhm...quite interesting.
Although they do something similar over here when people are using dialects.

Re: Chit-Chat
They don't usually do it, but I've seen it a few times. They probably do mainly use it for dialects that might be hard to understand.

Re: Chit-Chat
Some British accents are impossible to understand even by some of the other Brits, or so I've heard!
Is it bad that I listen to this about ten times a day?

Re: Chit-Chat
I'll be away at conventions October 31-November 3 and November 8-10, so I probably won't be able to post then. I'm not sure if I'll even be able to post between them, as I work during the week and will have little time to catch up, though I am off November 11.

Re: Chit-Chat
Sorry about the late time jump. I'll have it that it'll only jump to 9:30 on Friday, so only four minutes rather than 15. At this moment it seems suitable, pacing-wise.

Re: Chit-Chat
Raziel, I have a feeling I might have worked with the man in Dr. Bedal's photograph in real life - what are the chances of that? It's certainly spooking me out each time you post.

I'm a smooth criminal and a neurotic lawyer with a crush on a pretty-boy author, and I'm being controlled by my creepy older brother (twice!) while I worry about not having a can opener.

Re: Chit-Chat
Thank you everyone for your patience. It was a slow start but I feel like there's some solid intrigue and mysteries going on at this stage.

Only seven beds left aboard the train! Soon enough the train will be full and I will need to start hurtling folk overboard.

Re: Chit-Chat
I'm starting to get the impression that Kadael likes Victorian era dresses.
Re: Chit-Chat
Yes, I do. But there's a better reason than that for this character to be wearing one
Also, I am pleased to be joining you all. Excitement and mystery and all that!
