The Meet - Laurel Nichols - SARA

[Dave Syrinx]

Inside the green box is a Getac-x500 hard duty laptop placed. A rubber insulation is placed at the corners of the inside of the box. Upon opening the laptop Sara is met by a user login screen.

The upstairs has not been cleared, yet.

[Mr. Handy]

Laurel closes the laptop and puts it back in the box for now, sealing the box again. Then she moves silently upstairs to check the rest of the house before worrying about the computer.

Walking up the stairs, Laurel notices the fourth step creaks. At that sound, someone runs towards the front of the house in one of the upstairs rooms.

[Mr. Handy]

Laurel steathily goes back down the stairs, making sure to avoid the first step, and ducks into one of the closets.

She hears someone working one of the windows upstairs. Then quiet steps on the porch roof.

[Mr. Handy]

Laurel emerges from the closet and creeps over to the front door to peek out the window and see if someone climbs down from the porch. Whoever was up there must be rabbiting, she thinks. Someone who belonged here wouldn't do that.

She hears a thump on the grass left of the porch after some scuffling on the tiles. For sure the person is taking the odd way out. Clad in sneakers and a grey sweat shirt with matching pants. Both with a black panther logo. From the body, Laurel can tell it´is a man.

[Mr. Handy]

Laurel opens the door and ventures outside to get a better look at the man, and to be in a position to have the option to pursue him.

The grey track suit is taking a sharp left and runs around the house towards a wooden fence. He jumps to get over the fence. He´s not agile enough and is left hanging from the top. He drops and backs up to face the task again. He steals a glance towards the house. He wears a face guard which covers the lower half of his face.

[Mr. Handy]

Since the man has seen her, Laurel has nothing to lose by pursuing him. She runs after him, her long stride quickly clearing the distance, hoping she can reach him before he gets over the fence.

[Dave Syrinx]

The grey panther sprints and gets enough momentum to jump high enough to get a leg up over the top.

Laurel is uncannily fast and reaches for the guy before he manages to escape over.

A stealth check is needed to get to the grey panther before he swings over. Due to her gargantuan stature she gets +18 to the skill as long strides and reach are both a factor in this maneuver. She could try intimidate and shout at him to stop...

Laurel clears the distance in record time. "Stop, Federal agent!" she calls as she reaches out to grab the man.
