CH1-15 Home Invasion.

Liz bumps into Clay who is hiding behind the table. He gives here a weak smile, clearly nervous. "I dont think we should be just sitting here, we should either scarper or man up and get on with it while we still have them all sleepy like" he whispers.

OOC: Liz and Jacob:,Listen rolls please.

[Mr. Handy]

Liz quietly shuts the doors and looks around for a good hiding place, such as behind a sofa or the curtains. As she does, she hears something clearly.

There is little cover in the otherwise unfurnished room, the only furniture being a dining table and four chairs pushed to the west side of the room and behind which Clay and Jacob are hiding. Through the half open doorway Liz hears someone talking in a sleepy voice upstairs.

[Mr. Handy]

"Someone's talking upstairs," whispers Liz to the others. She ducks behind the curtains, making herself as small as possible and grateful for her minimal stature, and she readies her shotgun and bear spray just in case.

Jacob says to Clay.

Clay pulls back the curtain to look at Liz "Well if they're still upstairs lets get a move on befor they're all up and awake" he whispers befor following Jacob to the door.

[Mr. Handy]

Liz nods and tiptoes after the others towards the stairs.

[ghill]

Jacob steps from the dining room into the hallway, closely followed by Clay. Like the Dining room the hallway is Spartan. The room is not entirely dark an ornate oil lamp sits on a side table casting a soft orange glow over the room. Clay makes gestures to Jacob and Liz as if to say what next?

Outside Greg realises the others have left him alone.

[Mr. Handy]

Liz points at the stairs. "She's most likely in the rear left bedroom," she whispers. "That man I saw earlier was in the rear right bedroom, and I think he's the one we've woken up."

Jacob nods to the stairs and points the weapon forward as to shot any approaching zombie from point blank. At least he hopes it's not going to be a zombie.

Greg heads into the house and discovered that the others had already pushed forth. He follows behind trying to make his way to where they headed off to.

Greg joins the three of them in the hall way standing at the bottom of the stairs.

Jacob climbs the stairs with pistol before him, he heads to where he heard the footsteps.

As Jacob steps onto the bottom of the stairs, a door opens upstairs spilling light onto the landing and illuminating a figure at the top of the stairs "punë muti!"

Seen/Not Seen,The figure at the top of the stairs can almost certainly see Jacob and Clay, might see Liz and cant see Greg. The reverse also applies.

[Mr. Handy]

Liz raises her shotgun and tries to line up a shot on the figure at the top of the stairs, thankful that whoever it is is backlit by the light spilling from the open door.

OOC,Does the voice sound male?

Greg looks around the room he is in for some sort of cover... a large sofa, a curtain... something to hide behind that he could lay in wait for anyone else coming from one of the downstairs rooms.

There is no cover in the hallway which is bare except for a small side table on which a small oil lamp is burning.

At the bottom of the stairs Clay raises his pistol and fires, even with the suppressor on it sounds awfully loud. Its not clear wether he hits his target who jumping back momentarily reveals a large gun in one hand.

The light from behind that illuminates the figure clearly helps Jacob to point and shot from a close range. He then sees the weapon that the figure is holding and tries to keep his nervous down.

OOC,Can [b]Liz[/b] get off a shot this round? If so, is she close enough for point blank range (10 feet in her case)?
