April 8 - 10:00 - Bussiness Class lounge.

The Business class lounge is a world away from the crowded airport terminal all leather chairs and polished wood it is quite and air conditioned and at the moment just a littl bit frantic. Along the far wall four community support officers are setting up tables desk and desktop PC's, about a dozen police are being briefed by a tall sargeant. while other officers guard the entrance.

There are about a dozen other people sitting around the lounge the majority look to be fellow travellers although several are clearly BAA staff members.

A steward in a white shirt moves among the chairs and tables offering beverages, soft drinks and snacks.

Clayton relaxes and tries to hear what is going on in the briefing picking a chair as close to the Sargent as possible without drawing suspicion. He gladly accepts a soft drink and whatever snack the steward is offering.

The Steward hands Clayton a small bowl of olives and an ice cold glass of coke which Clayton realises he's absolutely deperate for.
OOC:,Listening in on the briefing requires a Listen roll. However, give me a Sneak roll first, as this will help determine wethe you are spotted or not depending on how observant the police are. Note: Clayton also notices the police escort a young woman (Liz) into the lounge she is not handcuffed and is seated an isle away.

"Cheers," says Liz, taking a steaming cup of tea and some snack foods. "I never did get to finish my tea earlier." She sips at her tea, the pleasant aroma and the hot liquid reviving her. Then she begins to eat as she waits for someone to explain what is happening.

Liz finds it hard not to gulp the ta right down she feels positively dehydrated.

Two seats to her left a portly man in what she takes to be his mid fifties leans across, "You might as well make yerself comfy luv, they're taking their own sweet time about things"
OOC:,A Spot Hidden please.
The man wipes a handkerchief across his forhead "So what did they grab you for"

"I haven't the foggiest," says Liz, drinking her tea as fast as she can without burning herself. "I don't even know what's going on. It's all so confusing. Maybe they think I saw something. Do you know why you're here?" She looks around, her keen vision picking something out.

Behind the man Liz notices the arrival of a short slim and rather studious man come in escorted by four armed police (Greg) they seat him and then one of them kneels down beside him in conversation.

What is more apparent to Liz is the man she is talking to is clearly unwell he licks his clearly cracked lips a lot while he talks and slurps down tea as quickly as possible, his shirt has large sweat patches under the arms.

"Oh I know why I'm here luv it was that girl." He pauses to take a slurp of tea but continues apparently not interrested wether Liz is listening or not. "Last night was busy, and the last fair was some city boy wanker who dragged me half across town, and then left a quid for a tip. I'm heading home on the North Circular, so me light was off, and I'm not stopping for anyone, I just want home for a bacon buttie and a cuppa don't I. Anyways, I've just stopped at the lights and there's a tap on the window and I turn to give whoever it is an earful, but it's this little girl, long dark hair, probably be a right heart breaker in five years time.

Anyways I wind the window down, "look says I, I'm sorry love, I'm done for the night, want me to get on the blower and get another cab? but then I catch her eyes, black and hot, and that's the last thing I remember...”
OOC:,Psychlogy roll pls
Next thing I know I'm in the rank at Heathrow, there's no sign of the girl, but there's an armed copper outside the cab, with a machine gun pointed right in me face!"

A young man, mid 20's with short hair and glasses looks around a bit bewildered at his circumstance. And it is said that misery loves company... so he's glad to see he's not the only one who's lost up in whatever was going on. He helped himself to a drink, then asked the steward, "Do you have a first aid kit? I've gotten a little scrape when they accosted me in the bathroom." He looked around the room and said, "I'm a doctor, was anyone else hurt?"
ooc,do we all hear this man's story?

Liz couldn't tell much about the man's state of mind, but he seemed to have had a similar experience to her own. "I saw that girl too," says Liz. "Cute kid, but a bit creepy. My flight had just got in from Paris, and I was quite knackered. I somehow got turned about and ended up in the Departures section. There was a Costa Coffee there, so I sat down and bought a cuppa while I went online. It was about a quarter to nine when this girl tugs on my sleeve and stares into my eyes, real hot just like you said. That's the last thing I remember. When I came to, I was standing in front of passport security with this guard accusing me of trying to go through and saying he stopped me. They didn't believe him, though, and they hauled him off in handcuffs. Then they escorted me here. I wonder what's happened to my computer and my luggage. I hope nobody's nicked them. I'll have to check with Lost Property after this is all over."

She looks up at the young doctor. "I'm not hurt, just quite dehydrated. I can help out a bit too, if you like."

Clayton walked over close to the police and was almost within earshot when he kicked the chair.

Sneak roll target (40) (1d100=47)

The police Sargent looks over at Clayton, "Oh sorry, was just wondering if I could get some water? but I'll just ask the steward, sorry to disturb you."

"Thanks, I'll certainly let you know." Greg said. Taking a sip of the Coke just handed to him. He looked around to the others to see if anyone else had been injured.

Greg doesn't so much sip his drink as drain the glass dry, he wonders if he could ask someone to turn up the air conditioning.

OOC: You certainly don't hear everything but you catch the gist of what he says, you can certainly hear what Liz has to say, if your looking in their direction you can give me a Medicine roll as well.

The man leans over to Liz and introduces himself as Tom Mason then looks up at Greg "You a victim of our little dark haired bombshell as well then."

"I'm Liz Penhaligon," says Liz. "I've always been interested in weird stuff, but I've never heard of anything like this happening. There's got to be an explanation. Maybe some sort of hypnosis?" She finishes her tea and asks for a refill.

Behind you all the door opens and a man in his thirties is led in sat down while the police escort sits down alongside him (this is Jacob). Moments later six burly policemen come in, the first two have their hands full with a middle age greek woman who is berating them constantly, between the second two comes the small girl with the dark hair who is lead off immediatly towards another part of the lounge.

One of the policemen noticing Tom, Liz and Greg talking walks over. "You three, has no one told you not to talk to each other? At the very least you are all witnesses to a pottential terrorist act and very definitely shouldn't be talking to one another so please go and sit on seperate seats."

"Nobody told me anything, Constable," says Liz. "I'll keep mum from now on." She moves over to a seat by herself.

Clayton takes a seat while grumbling, "Terrorist act, we are the victims here and you treat us like we're the criminals." He grabs another drink and some more olives.

Greg started to respond to Tom when the police came back filled with all their excessive testosterone. He didn't get to give his name, but he did nod to Tom - in reference to the mysterious, lonely girl. "Officer... constable?" he asked stepping towards the one that had instructed them not to talk. "Sir, whether or not we are guilty of some horrible crime against this great country, we're still entitled medical treatment, right? I was a bit banged up when your men fitted me for metal bracelets. I'd appreciate access to a first aid kit, and I can patch some of these others up as well, if you don't mind. I am a doctor, after all." He looked towards the others and said, "Dr. Greg Hammer," with a nod. "I think maybe a call to my embassy might be in order too, but if you permit me to treat our wounds, I will certainly not press the issue."

Greg sees...,Greg is pretty sure that Tom is suffering from dehydration, and Liz is showing early symptoms as well.
The policeman looks at Greg, with a rather tired expression on his face like he's heard it all before. I'll talk to my sargeant, but there are several foreign nationals here so I'm sure the correct procedures are being followed. As for being a doctor, if you have a complaint about your treatment or any ijuries you have suffered I suggest you talk to the police doctor. I'll ask that he come talk to you at some point.

While the policeman talks to Greg, Tom leans over to Liz and whispers, "Dont worry love, they're all a bit jumpy I heard someone say the girl had got all the way onto a plane. You waite until the papers get a wiff of it there'll be a media circus what with some immigrant kid waltzing through Heathrow security onto an international flight, gutter press will have a field day"

Clayton mulls over what he heard before the police sargeant caught sight of him. Someone was arrested after sneaking onto a plane, they are treating them as a terrorist at the moment, the Police are going to take witness statements from anyone who came into contact with the terrorist and arrest anyone they think helped her board the plane.

Putting as friendly a face he can muster, Greg says to the officer, "You might want to get that doctor in here sooner rather than later. Many of us are suffering from dehydration - which might be a symptom of something... a virus perhaps, chemical or biological warfare maybe... I don't know. You're not letting me find out. So before you have a bunch of us keeling over or infecting the rest of you, I would think it's a high priority to make sure we're ok to be around." He turned back to the steward and lifted a finger to order another drink.

Liz nods after Tom speaks, but she doesn't dare reply verbally after having already been cautioned by the policeman. She drinks her second cup of tea in silence, trying to watch the little girl to see if she does anything.
