"I'd say that test was very successful, sir," said George to Lt. Hu as he stared at the alien weapon in his hand while Sofia looked on.

"How on Pluto did you do that?"

"I don't know, sir," said George, his voice full of wonder. "I just pointed and squeezed it, and the electrical blast came out. What do we do now, sir?"

hello,Not quite certain how spoilers work so i may mess up.. but beyond that i hope i can do well, this is my first time playing CoC

George though about the gun and its potential a bit, while looking it over carefully to see if nothing had changed or been damaged since the firing.

The strange alien weapon looked just the same as it had when he first examined it. There was no sign of any damage, and the only changes were the ones that he and Sofia had made that enabled him to fire it. It appeared to be quite powerful, better than the standard issue blasters that some of the crew used - though it was unfamiliar, so it wouldn't be as easy to use.

Hu thought for a second. "Sofia, you also helped convert it, why don't you try it as well."

George nodded "Yea thats a good idea maybe it has to be tuned to a specific person." offers the electric gun to sofia.

"Yeah, that's a thought," said Sofia, taking the gun. "It might be attuned to the two of us." She had the computer generate a new target, this one a Russian Spetznaz soldier from the Unification War. Russia had stormed across Europe and occupied most of it early in the war before being defeated by the victorious Allies that had gone on to form United Earth. She stood at the line and took aim at the hologram, and a sizzling beam of blue sparks emerged from it, only to strike the virtual wall on the left side of the range. "Heh, guess I need more practice. Pretty cool, though."

George shrugs, Atleast we know how it works... sorta.

Sofia handed the weapon back to George. "Here, you'd better hold onto it," she said. "You're a better shot than I am."

George takes it, "Thanks"

"As much as I'd like to get a better look at the insides, perhaps it's best to keep this as an edge against these bastards. We should report our findings." Hu turns the simulation off and makes to lead the others out of the simulation suite.
