I completely missed all those new posts in the IC thread over the last few days! Going In isn't visible when I'm not logged in, so I couldn't see that new posts had been made.

Ah, that what one gets when trying to be sneaky with visibility. My bad. I will keep anything private in spoiler tags from now on.
Hope for easier access.

Welcome back. Time in the jungle is slow. Nothing as hectic as life in the busy streets of a city.

The team has divided up, Mullins is ahead in the village clearing some larger buildings.
Berkoviz is going house from house looking for hostiles.
Hobbes is currently keeping a cover arc over the village, should another sniper appear. He also checks
back the path they came from, in case the VC they almost ran into earlier arrive back at the village.

Saege checks the searched sheds for trapdoors.

Whithouse is looking for movement from the shed on the crest.

Beckett is... staying low, finding a plan not involving him being shot at

I´ve created a new thread called Vertical Run for events 20 years into the future. Manhattan 1988.
There you can update your characters as per directions in that thread,

Over and out!

You might want to check the permissions on your boards. I just deleted a spammer who had somehow posted in Going In in spite of not having been validated.

Cute catch. Speaking of that, I´m working on a project to draw the floor plan of Deckard´s apartment. Got myself the DVD today.
After my Antarctica scenario over at Obsidian I´m hosting a Blade Runner game.
Hopefully it will turn out good.

But first I have to get this war zone cleared.

Awesome! I'd like to play in your Blade Runner game when you do have time to run it, but it's certainly better to finish your current game before starting another.

Lol! I am also intrigued, willing to play, even though I have not been on that site. By coincidence, I just watched the movie a few nights ago again in honour of its 30th anniversary this year and got to reminisce about how my hometown theatre let me in to the show at 8 yrs old, despite the rating and, as an old-timer now, how violent Hannah's cinematic death was...Oh well the 80s...Something else but what a fantastic, visual movie...Sounds like a groovy idea for a game Syrinx!

Cool, two applications to the rep detect unit! Possibly before 2019... I really want to get to the -80´s bit of The Eyes of Doom. Thanks for hanging in there. Let´s see if all soldiers of The Walking Dead can get back to base alive.

On the Blade Runner idea. I´m going to use some material from the Swedish game Noir and the home-brew outlines of Steff and I had a look at a year ago. Steff has done some promotional ads for his scenario (which I won´t use but the elements in it will be borrowed.)

As for my stab at Deckard´s apartment, here it is. I have some tweaks left to make, but it´s fairly accurate.
