This game assumes that H.G. Wells time machine was made in the 1880s. The inventor left the drawings, which were assembled into a new time machine. This time machine has been used to alter the passage of time since 1880. The Department of time travelers within the military intelligence is trained to find and recognize tidsanakronismer that disrupts the flow of time. They are based in the 1920s. They are all called in as soon as there is something not quite right in the world. When errors occur in the time flow the oracles detect it. These psychics are the core of the The Department of Timeflow Corrections unit called DTC

You all belong to DTC, under the Armies Department of Experimental Physics (ADEP) . You all have standing orders that if you are pushed on your jobdesciption, to say that you work with testing parapsychological forces in military tactical maneuvers. You are based in New Orleans in 1920, where the force fields that provide energy for the timemachines are particularly strong.

To travel in time is dangerous, it's hard on the psyche, and some see things in the time dimension that drives them crazy, no one knows what it is.

Each time machine needs a pilot, they are trained by TWZ, a group under the Army's Experimental Aviation School. TWZ refers to Time Warp Zero, the location for the timemachine base.

All the Characters are part of team 5.
It is an investigating team. This means that is has only one military trained person besides the pilot. It has one former private eye, one former teacher of history and one zoologist.
The pilot is the stunning miss Josefine Porter. Age 23. She is the only female pilot in the TWZ.
The Leader of the team is the former teacher of History, Ezekiel Shunt. He is a structured man with a sound mind, and he is a walking encyclopedia of history.
Michelle Pollan is a former private eye who by chance came across one of the teams from TWZ as they did a job in her time in France. She was recruited to the service as she is a clever woman with sound instincts and an right hook that kicks like a mule.
Eric Smythe-Willows is a Zoologist from england, with a specialisation in cryptozoologi.
Last, but not the least, is the young and dashing soldier Alexander Pond. He is the teams muscles. His is built like and ox, and sometimes is just as easily angered.
