Lily almost rolls her eyes at him and his different. It's meant kindly, no doubt, but hardly anyone takes it that way. "It's been a hard day. The last bathroom I tried didn't have working water."

She takes his arm, constantly aware of how close they are.

Declan gives her a warm and handsome smile. "Are you sure you're not cold without your coat?" He starts to speak in a low voice, though whether it's to her or himself it's hard to be sure. "It's such a foggy day which is ... strange. The fog banks aren't normally so thick here. I mean, I've heard rumors but I've never seen the lake like this." They head downstairs to the promenade that encircles the internal deck space.

"I'm sure." Lily shrugs, not really looking at him. "I'll be fine. It doesn't match my dress anyway."

Declan pulls open the door and holds it open in a sweeping gesture and a friendly smile. "After you."
