OOC:   Andy, Liz under the now pretty shot up 4x4, Greg at the front of the vehicle (end away from bad guys) Jacob a short distance from him. ( all as per map) The landrover is pulled up to your left where the track meets the road.

Liz had been unable to stop Andy's bleeding, so she gets her shotgun ready and pointed in the direction from which the car would come into view.

Apart from the sound of the 4x4 door opening and Alex's shout to find out if everyone is OK all is quiet.

Liz,Idea roll please - success any car coming down the road is likely to stop on the other side of the car currently stopped in the middle of the road meaning Liz wont have many targets.

OOC:   Can I have statements of intent please.

If Greg has a target he will shoot again, if not he will hold his position.

"Take cover, there's a car coming!" hisses Liz. "Andy's wounded, but he's still conscious, and the rest of us are fine. Get ready, that car's going to use the one in the middle of the road for cover." She positions herself so she can take aim at and shoot the vehicle before it can get behind the other car.

OOC,Idea roll (75% stat) about the approaching car: [dice]0[/dice] I'll shoot at the enemy car as it approaches if it's within range. I already made attack and damage rolls on the previous page (27 to hit, 22 damage).

"Get in the [something in heated Albanian] car everyone!" Alex yells

OOC:   OK, Andy can certainly move to Greg and ask for first aid if he wants. if he does Greg can act in this turn to apply aid. Mr Handy - the idea roll indicates Liz is in a crap place to shoot at any car coming around the corner, the first car will block her line of sight. She should move to take cover behind the first car if she wants to get a shot

Liz doesn't need to be told twice. She scurries out from underneath the 4 x 4 and scrambles into Alex's vehicle, crouching low. She's pretty sure she knows what the Albanian word is from context alone, even if she doesn't recognize it. She files it away in some dirty corner of her mind.

OOC:   Andy will get out from under the 4x4 and take cover behind the first car - ready to open fire as the approaching car draws nearer

Liz and Jacob clamber into the back of the Landrover stepping carefully so as to avoid standing on Clay and Albert who are stretched out on the floor in the back of the vehicle.

Greg noting the blood-soaked trouser leg follows after Andy. Just as they are about to reach the car another vehicle comes around the corner it immediately starts to brake. Blinded by the headlights Greg fires two shots where he thinks the driver should be.

OOC,Can I fire out the window at the approaching car, or is there not a good angle to do that?

Andy yelps in pain as he drops onto his haunches, putting himself behind the parked car, out of the line of fire prepares to return fire...

Liz struggles to get an angle on the approaching car without either deafening everyone in it, her best option she realises is to get out of the Landrover or open a window.

OOC:   Andy can take a shot (he can't see beyond the glare of the headlights) Liz/Jacob can shoot but will do so last as the first part of their action is either to get out or wind a window down. Greg can shoot again.

Liz rolls down her window enough that she can get a shot at the vehicle. The glass wouldn't have protected her anyway from return fire, but her vest might, and she keeps most of her body below the bottom of the window. When the vehicle is within range and she has a shot, she fires.

OOC,Using the rolls I made before (27 to hit, 22 damage). I'm not sure how close the car will be, so the full damage would apply if it's within ten yards. If it's more than ten but within twenty, the damage is 2d6+1, which is 13 when taking the first two dice. If it's more than twenty but within fifty, I'll have to roll 1d8, but I'm not expecting it to be that far away.
