I'm unable to edit the sheet, but shouldn't MB be starred? He received a copy of the thesis too, at least the first draft. Maria has the final draft, however.

Ahh, I'd mis-read the 'sharing' options. Anyone ought to be able to edit the sheet now.

I've added a * to MB and promoted MD to ** denoting she has the final version.

Added so comments about who has what drafts of the thesis. Note this is quite important thesis 1) is more like a framework, this is the thesis this is what I need to prove my thesis 2) Thesis 2 here is some of the evidence I need to start proving my thesis 3) comments about this would seem to indicate he had found what he felt was the info he needed or at least new where to find it.

Gosshamm also had the final draft when you think about, as he's the one who wrote it and sent it to Maria.
