Monday Sept 4 - Dex

[Gaffer]

Waking up, you look out at a grey, foggy morning. After a shower and breakfast, you head out into the chilly morning to your office.

Joe’s in his office, so you go in and kick around the Hirt business and a couple things he’s working on. He doesn’t have any bright ideas about Hirt, except to say. “You’ll want to get Esposito into that apartment. You’re a good leg man, Dex, but forensics isn’t your strongest suit.”

Joe’s phone rings and you go back to your office, reminded that you need to call the others this morning.

You reach all of them and arrange to meet around eleven at the Hudson Street Stationhouse to talk things over and share information before you go see Miss Hirt at her brother’s place.

(OOC-Sounds like a wiser decision).

Dex, having made his phone calls to the others, finishes getting dressed and slips a shoulder holster on, along with one of his revolvers. He tosses six spare rounds into his overcoat pocket, along with the single speed loader (and six more rounds) he managed to scrounge up. Straightening his tie, tilting the fedora, he gives a quick call to the office to leave an update with the secretary that he is headed to the Hudson Street Station and that he'd like Joe to give him a call this evening. Dex also calls up the florist he has been using, and has flowers ordered to be sent to the theater this evening, and some to his girl's apartment this morning. Grabbing up his notebook, he heads down to his car and drives over to the station house.
