OOC: Make both a spoten hiden. And also a lucky roll (your in a city in ruins after all!).

[Mr. Handy]

Patrick can't see much that would suit their needs. Luck is not with him.

You all fumble in the middle of the dark with all those debris; roll a 1d4 and lose those HP. Vance sees in a house, a big box with a strange symbol, that will pass perfectly for a treasure chest.

[Dave Syrinx]

"Here´s something we can haul back!" He feels fatigued after searching the debris but not too badly.

[Mr. Handy]

"Arrgh!" cries Patrick, badly hurt. "We'd better have a look at ourselves before we head back, or we'll be in no condition to fight." He tries to patch himself up, but he can't quite manage it. He has better luck treating Vance, who is soon back to full health.

Vance manages to correct the fixating of a dislocated joint for Patrick. The effort is not much of a help though...

After much more time, you arrive at the camp. You see the guards very upset and nervous.

[Dave Syrinx]

"Here it is. Was a mother to get back here." They put the bounty down and Vance walks over to the two mercenaries. As he does so, he gets his handgun up and moves the safety pin to off. Gets the gun ready to shoot and scans past the two men. "What?!"

-It took you a sweet time to get here. Where are the others?

The other merc order the prisioners to move some meters and he try to open the box.

[Dave Syrinx]

Vance raises the gun at the merc asking him. "You want to meet them?" He lets the man rethink his question. "It´s time to step down, man. Lay down your weapon or you´ll get to know where the others went." he squeezes the trigger a little to prove his point.

[Mr. Handy]

While the mercs are distracted, Patrick whips out his gun and points it at the other one. "Drop it!" he says.

[kabukiman]

-What the f***?- Says the one near the box.
-I should have suspect- says the other- your not one of us!
They lower the guns.

[Dave Syrinx]

"That´s what happens when using too many unknowns. It´s like bad algebra.." "Now drop them." He kicks the guns away and says, "If they move, shoot them down, Patrick."
Vance cuts some strings from one of the tents and uses them to tie up the mercs. "Now, tell me about your mission parameters. Then we might let you walk out of here."

[Mr. Handy]

Patrick keeps the mercs covered, waving to the other "prisoners" with his free hand to retrieve the dropped weapons.

The other "prisoners" free themselve. They are all very relieved with the situation.
-So all that story of the bear was bulsh**! Well, our orders were simple to get any artefact from the city. At first they said they wanted objects of art and I thought they were talking about gold or stuff like that, but latter I received aditional secret instructions to get some scrolls about arcane things. I guess my informer is probably dealing with some corp with people who asks for different stuff. Problem is, how you distinguish arcan things in a language you don't hav a clue??? Like if they could read it!
