"Yes, let's pick him up," says Alyssa, reloading her shotgun, relieved that she didn't have to kill again. "Even if he's not your man, he was fleeing from them and he needs our help."

The men makes a quick glace in your direction a and you all see the familiar figure of Felix (but he doesn't recognize you because the light of the car).

"Felix, it's us!" calls Alyssa, hoping he'll recognize her voice and be reassured. "Hop aboard, we're getting out of here!"

He stops and look at the car and then starts runing to you.
-Oh, boy, I'm glad your here! I was thinking I would have to run until Arkham! Those two guys were chasing me, but they didn't have weapons, and I didn't wanted to fire mine to avoid atract any further a weirdos.

Alyssa smiles. "We'd better get out of here fast, then," she tells him. "They'll have heard my shotgun blast."

"Yeah, no time to waste," Luke agreed. "We got what we came for. Let's leave before they get him back... and then some."

Luke offered Felix a hand into the truck bed and pounded the top of the truck when they were all set to move it on out.

When you see the last houses in the street before the exit to Akham, you see a car blocking the road with 3 hugly men armed outside the car.

Luke frowned saying "We should have disabled the phone lines." Luke starts to look left and right for an alternate route they could take cross country.

"Maybe we should pick up speed and ram our way through," suggests Alyssa. "Our truck is pretty big, and if we strike the car at either the front or the back we should be able to knock it aside and keep going, and the men will have to dive out of the way or be run over."

ooc,I was looking on the sides for a section of land that could be traversed off road. Do you need me to roll?

ooc,Don't think I agree with that call... 1st, I'm not driving so making a drive check doesn't make sense. Spot Hidden is for finding things visually. 2nd, Fast talk is supposed to be used to convince NPCs to oblige with the PC through confusion and rapid conversation. But you're the boss.

Luke looks around for an alternate route and finds none.

OOC,in theory I agree with you. But I have decide in this situation to use drive in a more large sense- the hability to know what is possible and not possible to make when driving a car- I know people with an excelent eye, but if you follow their advice you will get lost in minutes... or worst. So in this situation, with the failed roll you have to choose again one of the 2 solutions-unless you find a third. And about the fast talk, if you make a good roll play, no need for the roll.

OOC,That roll would have failed even had it been Spot Hidden, but I don't think a Fast Talk roll should be necessary. [b]Luke[/b] is the captain, and it's one of his men driving, so he should obey automatically. Can the rest of us try to look for an alternate route?
