Cameraman: Abbo Durer

Abbo Durer crossed the road with ease at the lights and went through the sliding doors. The foyer was brightly lit with large windows and a ceiling two floors high. There are fountains and raised garden beds among the tiled gray floors of the wide open foyer. The light blue desk bearing Ophidian's logo was staffed with two receptionists. An elevator bank stands ready to take him to Carter's floor - once he finds out where that is. Carter's original office foyer would still be badly bloody.

Walking up to reception Abbo says, "Hi, I'm Herr Durer, I have come to see Daniel Carter."

"Welcome, Herr Durer," says the cheerful receptionist. "Daniel Carter is on the 9th floor, 3rd corridor on the right, Mr. Langly's office. Might I ask what the appointment is about?"

"Danke."

To the receptionist:
"Daniel Carter needs another cameraman; that is what I'm here for. Shall I go on up?"

[Laraqua]

"Of course. There's a waiting area near his office where his personal assistant works. She sees to his schedule."

As he leaves, she picks up the telephone. He has the feeling she's calling Daniel Carter.

He exits the elevator at 9 and then heads for Daniel Carter's office.

[Laraqua]

The elevator doors open as and a short, curvaceous woman with shoulder-length black hair and slanted, loam-colored eyes comes out to greet him. Her navy blue suit is well-tailored and her black shoes tap out a raspy song on the linoleum as she comes toward him. "Hello, I'm Miss Chiang. Daniel Carter's office is right this way." She leads him down a series of corridors to another man's office, opens the door, and lets him through.
