Where do I find statblocks for the eskimos? And where do I find which one are NPCs to maybe take over? thanks

I've never played here and am really willing to learn how it works. I came here lurking on Syrnix's LA Skinner and he plays in one of my D&D games on Hero Central (herocentral.net).
