Oh, you can roll yourself up--I'd rather let you have control over how your character comes together!mikc wrote:Cool! Should I roll up myself or would you rather give me a pre-gen?jenny_dreadful wrote:Actually, it's turned out that a gumshoe would be really, really good for the story!!!

the idea sounds good, I ran a couple of 20s Hollywood p&p one-offs some time ago and had a real laugh!
If there`s any more space I`d love to have a go at an honest-to-goodness Gumshoe!

Re: 1920's Hollywood *updated*
is this going to be set in the era of silent films? if so, my actress is going to be moody and czechoslavakian with a heavy accent - star of german expressionist classic The Twisted Staircase (or something like that). Yeah, it is! That made me laugh--The Twisted Staircase sounds just like the title...

Someone pompous, self involved, and entirely too big of a flirt. Perhaps a bar owner.

Hi. I'm a Cthulu newbie, but I'd really like to join in the game. I've ordered the 6th ed. rules, so I should be OK. Would it be played by e-mail, or on the forum, or on a chatroom or what? I've only ever played RPGs face to face, so I'm not really sure how it works online. P.S. could I be a money-...

I'm going to run a 20's Hollywood game; stars, studio moguls, scandals (and cover-ups), decadence, glamour, murder, cultists, monsters. A studio mogul's daughter has been kidnapped, and he's paying you to find her. Past the surface glamour and tinsel, you'll uncover a world of illicit affairs, drugs...
