Seamus' world has been shattered. He has spent so long trying to convince himself that the things he has seen were not real. Now, he can no longer do that. "If we're sending a group to the surface, I want to be a part of it," Seamus clearly struggles to keep up his resolve, his cool façad...

Seamus greets Eugene with a look of grateful relief.

However, it's quickly wiped away by Story's added details. Going pale, "Did you see any of the creature? Anything at all?"

OOC:   Does Seamus recognize this as similar to what he saw in Whitechapel?

Seamus, eager at the distraction, chuckles at Mrs. Cruckshank's response. "I think it's all a matter of perspective. I know many who think Nell is quite a success." He looks around to see if the men catch his meaning and remembers how out of his element he is.

Seamus remains silent. His haunted memory igites by the mention of the attacks.

Seamus is stunned at Story's mention of animals. Sweat beads upon his forehead and his voice quivers: "Yes, Story. Please elaborate on that fact."

Amadeus looks miffed by all this. "Sorry, I'd just like to pause for a moment. Vhat can ve expect to find down zhere? The electricity vas off by zhat door. Zhere is no ventilation to zhis place. Zhis base seems hardly operational."

Amadeus leans against one of the walls, clearly relieved, for the moment, that an army of Nazis didn't burst through that door. "I defer to you fine gentlemen. Dastardly secret bases are not my strong suit. I'll try to get a heart beat back to normal vhile you all decide our next move."

Seamus waves to the newcomers and paces the room. "Name's Seams O'Leary. The runt of this here litter."

"Archie?! Everything ok?" In an odd way, the machine guns normalize the whole experience. However, there's still urgency in Seamus' voice.

It takes Amadeus a second to realize it but he finally notices the soldiers holding their weapons more readily. He takes his duffle bag off of his shoulder to retrieve his shotgun.

OOC:   Should I roll for stealth? Or something else? I recognize this isn't something I can do quickly, smoothly, Etc.

Seamus knows when he's beaten. He walks over to Benjamin. "Well, let's hope we're wrong."

Seamus, knowing the seedier sides of London, goes back to the door. "Your sense of honor, while annoying, is honorable. But these folks could be looters. You're putting everyone down here in danger!

"An alarm vould make zings considerably more uncomfortable," Amadeus whispers. "Iff zats ze case, we should 'ave a plan before ve go in. Formations, lookouts, zat sort of zing."

Seamus hestitates in shock. "What in the blazes are ya doin', boyo?! All the grief in the world for a curious Irishman, but ya run headlong into the furnace for any old schmo. Who knows who they could be."
