"I don't think we should go down there," whispers the countess, staring down through the open window.

She seems confused. "I.... If you're absolutely certain we'll be safer on the platform." She will enter before Artemis.

The countess follows Kate. "What do you mean there's someone out there? Who? And where's Mr. Durant?"

The countess blinks up at her. "Wh-what? I'm sorry...." She yawns and wipes the back of her hand across her big beautiful eyes. "I feel like I just woke up from the most wonderful dream."

Countess Bathory snarls and snatches her hand away and out of reach of the cane, before shuffling back to face the corner of the room.

Countess Bathory whispers dance around his ears as he approaches. "...can't see through it ... can you see that? ... crumbling underfoot ... what is that?" Then he places a hand on her shoulder and she whirls around on him as he begins to speak, screeching, red lips pulled back over a flas...

She doesn't respond, just continues to sway and ... is she whispering? Humming? It's hard to be sure.

The countess stands quietly in the corner of the room, facing the wall and swaying slightly. She seems to be whispering to herself.

"Very well, I'll see about this rope," she says, sounding uncertain about her ability to clamber down a rope.

The countess nods, confused, and follows Artemis into Room 2. "Is that the Station Master?"

The countess stops and turns toward him, silhouetted from the weak light in the stairwell behind her. "Down the rope? But who's downstairs? Who made that noise?"

The countess heads toward the stairs, moving quickly through the darkness, intent on the patch of warm firelight she can glimpse below.

The countess brushes past Frank into the corridor.

"Where did that come from?" The Countess looks surprised as she went down first.

There was a tap on her shoulder which brought her out of whatever she was in and buried her face in the man's shoulder. The Countess was frightened and sad but she didn't know why. "G-get me out of this room." The Countess' voice wavered and walked out with him by her side into the corrido...

Countess Katherine looked out in space not hearing the man trying to speak to her. It was like she was frozen in a strange daze.

The countess continues to stand and stare into the corner of the room. She doesn't appear to have heard him.

The countess simply watches him, mournfully.

The countess stands quietly by the closed door, watching him eerily from the corner of the room.

The countess remained where she was for a moment, then walked over to stand behind him. "Do you see anything interesting?"
