Ilona stares at the man struggling with the conductor in shock for a long moment, then tries to reach for the two of them, trying to help in the struggle.

Ilona steps back in shock; one hand coming to her neck where the conducter tried to slit her throat, the other frantically searching the table for a weapon. She grabs hold of a small knife and waves it at the conducter.
"Don't... D-don't you dare come near me!" She shouts between sobs.

Ilona stands up and faces the conductor. "Tickets? I don't have one! Something awful happened at the station and I couldn't get one! Now, will you help us contact the authorities or are you going to be unhelpful, just like everyone on this train!"

"W-wait a moment, you aren't going to help me?" She asks the waiter as she takes a seat, glancing at the woman and back to the waiter and sighs in defeat. "Could I at least get a cup of tea?"

Ilona allows herself to be lead to a seat by the waiter. "You must have a way of contacting the police from this train right? Awful things have been happening, we need to contact them immediately!"

Ilona gives a sigh of relief as she's greeted by the waiter. "Oh, thank goodness, there are other people on this train! The First few cars looked quite abandoned, apart from one very rude and unhelpful piano man. We need help! Something terrible is going on!"

"So far, so good." Ilona whispers to herself, stopping as she reaches the end. She takes a moment to mentally brace herself before cautiously entering the next car.

Ilona cautiously and slowly makes her way through the car, staying as much as she can to the centre and trying not to look at much. She can only imagine the horrors if she looked outside, or through the missing peoples belongings through the cart. Isn't that bad enough? What good would she do snoopi...

"Fine!" She bursts. Rummaging through her handbag, she pulls out what little money she has and slams in down on the bar next to the piano man. "I'll play your-your silly little game!" And storms out of the car in the direction of the sleeping car.

"Why on earth would he scream seeing the ticket inspector? Actually, I have a better question for you; why don't you be the least bit helpful for a change instead of trying to scare us more? You're not doing anything else, you may as well be useful!"

"I know it's dreadful for me to say, but we don't know what's happening behind those doors and who in heaven knows if we could even help him! We'd be better off barricading those doors, not running off to be next in line for some monsters meal!"

"Wait! What are you doing? Why would you be running *towards* the screaming!?"

"Warn the others? Whatever that is, it's trying to get on to the train! They're the safe ones! W-we shouldn't split up for now... I must say I'm not all too eager to leave this train right now. It hasn't gotten in yet, maybe it can't? I'm sure the others are fine."

Ilona stands well away from the window and in a hushed voice asks "Can you see what it is?"

"Some-something big? But I could have sworn I didn't see any machinery around the place! The car maybe? Oh no, how's a car going to get onto a platform to drive into a train? That can't possibly be it! Perhaps if we checked a car back, you might be able to see something..?"

Ilona jumps at the sound and when Jonathan looks out the window asks "What happened? What's going on? Can you see?"

"Yes, they sure are taking their time... That man did say the train won't leave without them, which is good I suppose."

Ilona wraps her arms around herself as she makes her way through the next car. "Mr Alden, does it bother you at all? All those peoples belongings but we haven't seen a soul besides that piano man. This train is as eerie as inside the station. I just... I just want to go home."

Ilona looks back over her shoulder at the man. "Smells like rain?"
